On October 14, Wagner choir performed their first concert to a packed auditorium.
"We had a full house!” junior Tianee’ Richardson said. “Everyone's family members showed up, including some friends of the performers."
Most seats in the auditorium were full, and the atmosphere before the performance was exciting.
"I've seen my daughter practice for hours and it's exciting to see her accomplish at what she's worked so hard on,” parent Taschia Miller said of Richardson’s performance.
At least 20 hours of practice went into the performance.
"It was exhausting but worth it,” Richardson said. “We all talked about being nervous before we went on stage, but having practiced so much, I didn't mess up. It felt easy; almost like it came to me naturally."
