JROTC joined forces with the special Olympics for a flag-football game on Oct. 10. JROTC students faced off with special education students for a spirited game.
"I had such a great time playing with the special ed department," freshman Savon Adams said. Adams, who played as jersey number 19, described the game as "the best football game I had ever played."
Sophomore Michael Coronado agreed. "It was lots of fun," the number 36 player said. "I can't wait until the next Special Olympics."
